Arrival and departure: You are very much welcome to use our spa area both on your arrival and your departure day. On your arrival day the room is at your disposal from 3 o’clock p.m., on your departure day we are asking you to leave your room until 11 o’clock a.m.. If you arrive later than 8 o’clock p.m. please inform us beforehand so that we can prepare something to eat for you. Thank you very much.

Deposit payments: In order to be able to confirm your booking we are asking you to either let us know your credit card details, including expiry date within 7 days or pay a deposit of € 200,– per room. Single room supplement: With a supplement of € 15,- per day our double rooms can also be booked as single rooms.

Mobile phone: In order to allow our guests to relax and forget about the daily routine for a while we are kindly asking you to switch off your mobile phone at your arrival at our hotel. In our hotel Tuffbad we have only access to the net of A1 mobile phones.

Dogs: For hygienic reasons dogs are only allowed in some apartments. They have no access to the wellness area, to the entrance hall or the restaurants. Dogs are only accepted after having booked them for an additional rate of € 10,- per night (without food).

Winter equipment for your car: Please check carefully the winter equipment for your car. We recommend good winter tyres and snow chains as road conditions can be difficult in case of snowfall.

Tariff list: Meals that are not consumed cannot be refunded. Although you can obviously book different room categories it is not possible for us to guarantee a certain room number, location or floor. If different rooms are taken, then all previous tariff lists and price offers are no longer valid.

Smoking: is only allowed at the bar after 8 p.m.

Handicapped accessible: we are not handicapped accessible.

Cancellation conditions: If you would like to cancel your booking please inform us as soon as possible. There are no cancellation fees up to one month before your booked arrival date. Within one month we are trying our best to find somebody else for your room. If this is not possible we will have to charge you 80 % of your booked tariff.
This is also the case if you leave earlier or arrive later, respectively not at all. All cancellations are only valid in written form. As a special service we offer you the option to get a travel insurance, costing 5 % of your booked tariff.
