Hiking paradise. 300 km of marked hiking paths through wooded valleys, green fields and Alpine pastures up to rocky peaks or spectacular climbing routes display the magnificent splendour of the varied and unique natural and cultural landscape of our valley. There are great tours starting at our hotel, for example: Lakenalm, Sarnalm, Wiesenalm, Soleck, Zochenpass, Weitalspitze to mention only a few. We are very happy to inform you about hiking possibilities and tips at the reception. Fishing. High Alpine wild water flyfishing together with incomparable natural beauty. Excellent water condition with drinking water quality (on request, to be paid separately).

Golf. There are three golf courses 50 km away, one in Berg in Drau Valley, one in Gail Valley and one in Lienz (to be paid separately).

Climbing. There are about 45 climbing routes graded between 4c and 8a in walking distance (about 20 minutes) from the hotel.

Mountain biking. Lesach Valley offers more than 100 km of marked biking tours. From our hotel we suggest, for example, the tour to Sarnalm.

Horseback riding. At about 3 km from the hotel there is the riding stable Guggenberger in St. Lorenzen offering riding lessons in the stable, horseback excursions and trekking tours on request (to be paid separately).
