The team of the “Sunnseit’n Area” spoils its guests from head to toe with creams, massages and special treatments so that all of them can wind down in a peaceful atmosphere and have some wrinkles disappear silently.

Our „Sunnseit’n Area“ spa and beauty department is open from 9 o’clock a.m. to 1 o’clock p.m. and from 2 o’clock p.m. to 7 o’clock p.m. Please make your appointments under the telephone number (0043) 04716/622 - 614 or together with your room reservation. Otherwise it might happen that all appointments are already taken. Appointments that get cancelled only one day before are charged with 50 % of the total costs.

With a temperature of 12 degrees C. and its origin 200 m deep down in ancient rock our mineral water has been known und used for therapeutic purposes for many centuries.
The springs were found by monks from Maria Luggau when they were searching for herbs. On request of the convent, the Duke of Porcia, Count of Ortenburg, allowed the erection of a bath house for the private use of the monks already
in 1765.
In 1972 the healing power of the spring was officially state-approved. It is ideal for the cleansing of the respiratory tract, for the wellbeing of the entire musculoskeletal system, for the purification of the body, for stress reduction and for relaxation.
