Arrival and departure:
On your arrival day the room is at your disposal at 3 o’clock p.m., on your departure day we are asking you to leave your room until 11 o’clock a.m.. If you arrive later than 8 o’clock p.m. please inform us beforehand. Thank you very much.
Deposit payments:
Reservations are only binding once you have confirmed and returned our booking sheet and when we have received your deposit of € 200.00. The deposit is not necessary if you have alredy taken our travel insurance.

Smoking:
We are asking you not to smoke in rooms and restaurants but there are ashtrays available at the hotel bar, in the café and on the balconies.
Short stays:
If you are staying less than 4 days we have an extra charge of 5 %.
Tariff list:
Meals that are not consumed cannot be refunded. Although you can obviously book different room categories it is not possible for us to guarantee a certain room number, location or floor. If different rooms are taken, then all previous tariff lists and price offers are no longer valid.
Cancellation conditions:
All cancellations are only valid in written form. There are no cancellation fees up to 3 months before the booked arrival date, between 3 months and one month before arrival date we charge 3 days. Between one month and arrival, in case of an early departure or late arrival we charge 80 % of the booked tariff per person (this is not the case if you have our travel insurance).
